- Submit $250 Deposit via Check, PayPal or Venmo (See Registration form for payment methods)
- Fill out and send COMPLETED registration form, include Shirt size for each participant
- Balance of $650 due by Feb 21, 2025

- 2 Points for winning period
- 1 Point for tying period

How to Register a team
general INFORMATION
- Tied regular games will go to 5 minute 3 on 3. if still tied at the end of 3 on 3, game will end in a tie.
- Championship games that are tied will go to 5 minute 4 on 4, followed by 5 minute 3 on 3. If still tied at end of 3 on 3, Sudden Death Shootout will commence until one team wins a round.

- (4) Game Guarantee
- (3) 15 minute running clock periods
- Last 3 minutes of 3rd period will be STOP time if goal differential is 3 goals or less
- T-Shirt for each participant

PENALTIES

Game schedule
- 3 Minute running clock penalties unless penalty occurs during stop time, then it reverts to 2 minute penalty.
- (3) Penalties by the same player, in the same game, results in a Game Misconduct
- (2) Game misconducts by the same player results in Tournament Suspension for that player
