$1000 Team Fee at Massena Arena. Submit a $250 Deposit via Check, PayPal, or Venmo (See the registration form for payment methods). Fill out and send the COMPLETED registration form, including the shirt size for each participant. The balance of $750 is due by Feb 13, 2026.

In the Massena Arena, the round robin play format awards points based on each period's outcome: 2 points for winning a period, 1 point for tying a period, and there is no game curfew.

In the Massena Arena, tied regular games will proceed to a 5-minute 3 on 3 format. If the score remains tied at the end of the 3 on 3, the game will conclude in a tie. For championship games held at the Massena Arena that are tied, the format will shift to a 5-minute 4 on 4, followed by a 5-minute 3 on 3. Should the game still be tied at the end of the 3 on 3, a Sudden Death Shootout will take place until one team secures a victory.

Friday at the Massena Arena from 5pm to 9pm, Saturday from 8am to 11:30am and 1pm to 6pm, and Sunday features the Consolation Game at 9am followed by the Championship Game at 10:30am.

3 Minute running clock penalties unless the penalty occurs during stop time, in which case it reverts to a 2 minute penalty. (3) Penalties by the same player in the same game at the Massena Arena results in a Game Misconduct. (2) Game misconducts by the same player results in Tournament Suspension for that player.
